Rapid Prototyping

(Digital Light Processing) creating details using digital projection of light on the surface of a photo-curable resin.

This method allows us to harden liquid resins for creating very complex and precise parts. The main advantage of this technique is its precision (up to 15 μm). Our resins allow us to imitate different kinds of materials: plastic, glass, wax and others. DLP technology is being used mainly by medical, dental and jewelry brands.

  • High-resolution printing – dedicated for medicine, dental and jewelry industries;
  • High-speed printing – printing 1 layer of buildtray always takes the same amount of time;
  • Wide variety of materials available (including FDA certified for dental);
  • Easy and quick material change.
